Section 29
Disposition versions
29. A person who fails to obtain a pass mark shall be eliminated from the competition.
Except in the case of disqualification criteria, an evaluation procedure may disqualify an applicant only where it meets one of the following conditions:
(1) it counts for at least 25% of the overall value of the procedure;
(2) it allows the evaluation of at least one-quarter of the evaluation criteria selected.
